STORE PICK UP

If you are lucky enough to be able to come into the store then feel free to put through your order via our website. We will ensure all the products are in our store waiting for you to come and collect them. We will send you an email to notify you when all items are in store. Full payment is required on order placement. Of course this delivery option is FREE.

 

RETURN and REFUND

Every care is taken prior to shipment of your order, we do not refund for changing of mind, should an item be deemed faulty please contact us at sales@7-degrees.com.au to get a return authorization number and further instructions. Be sure to include your invoice number and a full item and fault description of the products you wish to return. We can only accept refunds on items that have not been worn, with all tags and original packaging intact. Return requests must be made
within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive your items, we will dispatch the replacement item with shipping free of charge.

7 Day Exchange for all in-store purchases
All in-store purchases are on a 7 day with a receipt exchange policy only; no refunds. Just return the jewellery/watch in its original condition and packaging to the store personally. Please note that this is not applicable to customised or special orders;

Rings purchased on-line
If you have ordered a ring in the wrong size then simply return the ring to us within the 14 days from the date the ring was shipped. It must be in the original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to 7-Degrees & Co. Your email alert must contain what ring size is now required and all your contact details. All return postage costs back to 7-Degrees & Co. are at your expense. You will also have to include a self addressed postage paid satchel bag.

Customised Orders
The following customised jewellery items are NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE -

  • Any replicated, customised or individual designed jewellery pieces made to order.
  • Any request for semi-precious stones, synthetic stones or coloured cubic zirconias to be set into one of our pieces of jewellery.
  • Any diamonds that are supplied for your requirements of carat, colour, clarity and cut.
  • Any sterling silver ring that was re-sized by special request.
  • All bracelets, necklaces and chains that require shortening.
  • Any specially requested ordered items that we did not carry as general stock and/or could not be ordered directly from our website.
  • Any item that was altered in way by customer request on purchase.

IF RETURNING ANY ITEM VIA POST YOU MUST FIRST ADVISE 7-DEGREES & CO. VIA EMAIL. PLEASE INCLUDE ALL YOUR CONTACT DETAILS. ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT. WE EXCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS. ALSO PLEASE PACK GOODS APPROPRIATELY. GOODS PACKAGED WITHOUT DUE CARE MAY RENDER THE RETURN AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID. ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE.
