Australian Delivery:
- $9 for order up to $99
- Free for order over $99
- 1 to 5 working days*
International Delivery:
- $19 for orders up to $199
- FREE for orders over $199
- 5-15 working days
* Our orders are delivered through our Australia Express Post. Tracking information will be updated in your order once it has been shipped.
* Delivery estimates may be longer during Christmas & promotional periods and unforeseeable circumstances.
International GST, Customers Charges, Duties & Fees
As we are based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, we charge you for your order in Australian dollars. The actual price charged International customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company. Please note orders which are more than the certain amount shipped to different country may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the Customs once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to their Customs Service or its authorised service provider. Additionally your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees.
PARTIAL ORDERS
We do not ship partial orders unless specifically requested to do so. If you have ordered products that will be back ordered (such as some rings where we don't stock all sizes - these are clearly marked on the product pages) we will hold your entire order until the back ordered item is in stock.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. We are not liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
